Jessica Wolf
Jessica Wolf (she/her) is a trauma-informed somatic therapist who specializes in nervous system regulation, conscious communication, trauma healing, restorative justice, organization, nutrition, movement, and embodiment. She is trained and certified in a range of modalities including Somatics, Energy Medicine, Acutonics Sound Healing, Anusara Yoga, Yoga Tune Up®, Roll Model® Method and Body by Breath®. She holds a Masters in Counseling Psychology with a focus on Somatics from California Institute of Integral Studies and a Bachelors degree in Humanities with a specialization in Experimental Performance from New College of California.
In her practice, Jessica draws inspiration from various disciplines such as hip hop dance and history, embodied movement, Somatic Body/Mind Psychology, Gestalt, family systems, personal narrative, nutrition and exercise, energy medicine, and more. Her techniques include breathwork, touch (when appropriate), nervous system regulation, sound vibration, and aromatherapy, all aimed at supporting the healing process. She is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space where individuals can explore their bodies and their inner experiences, movement and sound. This unique focus allows her to integrate different approaches into her practice, tailoring her methods to meet the individual needs of her clients.
