studio policies
Online class registration
Please register for classes early, even if you don’t know if you’ll make it. You can cancel online classes up to one hour prior to the start of class through Momence. You will not be able to register for or cancel class once it has started.
No-show for online classes
If you can’t cancel your reservation online prior to the beginning of class, email us prior to the beginning of class and we will do our best to put the class back into to your account within 48-72 hours.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the limited capacity for in-person classes, you can early cancel up to one hour before the start of class. Cancelling before one hour allows for someone else to be able to sign up. All cancellations done before the hour before class will result in a credit being returned to either your class pack or account. A late cancel will result in the forfeiture of that class, and your credit will not be returned to your pack. If you need to cancel in less than an hour prior to the start of class, please email us.
For early morning classes: Cancellations must be done at least 12 hours prior, unless in the case of an emergency.
Refund policy
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are not able to offer any refunds on class packs, memberships, or workshops.
Class pack extensions
There are no extensions on class packs. In the case of injury or major life event, extensions will be discussed and addressed on a case-by-case basis. If you have an injury or major life event occur, please immediately reach out to the studio and we will discuss the possibility of an extension. For injuries, we have a varying range of styles with skilled teachers that can give you modifications. Talk to us (and your doctor) so we can best support you.
Memberships
Pauses on memberships
You can ask for a one-month pause on your membership one time with 30 days notice. If you need to pause the membership for longer, it is $25 for each additional month. You must fulfill the entirety of the contract.
Charge for no-show
There will be a $7 charge for each class you sign up for and do not attend (no-show), so that we can pay the teacher.
In-person classes & COVID safety
We are currently offering In-Person and Hybrid (virtual and in-person).
Our in-person classes generally have a maximum of 24 students. All classes require proof of vaccination unless stated otherwise in the description. Please bring your vaccination card to your first in-person class, so we can register it on your profile.
If you choose to come into the studio, please follow these protocols:
We prefer if you buy classes online, but if you need to purchase a package in person please come a bit early.
Please bring your own mat. We will have props available but it is your responsibility to clean them thoroughly when done and then place them in the “used” section of the cubbies. Rental mats are available if you do not have your own.
Please use hand sanitizer outside the front door before you come inside.
We follow all local mask quidelines. If you need to cough/sneeze, please do so into your elbow. If you need to blow your nose, feel free to do near an outside door.
When class is over, please use the cleaning supplies provided to clean any props you may have used. Props are to be placed in the designated cubbies Please READ the framed instructions.
During any mask mandates teachers may not be wearing masks to allow for clear instruction, but will be behind a plexiglass screen. They will be min 6 feet away from the closest student.
