For the mom or mom-to-be who wants to slow down, nurture themselves, re-fuel, and do yoga. Our minds and days and to-do lists are often infinitely busy. And add pregnancy to that mix! This is time just for you. We will strengthen and prepare your body for childbirth. Weβll stretch out those tight shoulders and hips, and soothe the aches and discomforts of pregnancy. And all of this within a community of people who "get" what itβs like to be pregnant. This series is prenatal yoga to take good care of you, in this unique time in your life, and prepare you for the birth of your baby.
