Lower Body Reset HYBRID

Join Lila Heller for a two part workshop Lower Body Reset Sun Nov 20th and Upper Body Reset Sun Dec 18th. Take one or take both and learn effective ways to engage, mobilize and align your body to perform the above exercises with ease! new found strength and confidence. If you currently think you “can’t” do a push-up or a squat these classes are for you. If you want to get better and perform these types of exercises these classes are also for you!

Each module will teach you how to move with control, awareness and with ease. You will learn how to properly warm up your body for your strength workouts, yoga practice and or as a daily routine. These workshops will include applied neurology, pilates, strength-based methods, mobility, flexibility and breath work.

Both sessions $85. If you want to sign up for both but can only do one in-person - choose the button for both sessions virtual and then send us an email right away and we will get you signed up in the correct classes :)
